一、Core Function & Working Principle
Core Function: When the ambient temperature is lower than the freezing point of urea solution (-11.5℃), the Urea Pump Heater is automatically activated by the ECU, heating the urea solution in the Urea Pump and pipeline to above 0℃, ensuring that the urea solution can flow normally, and the Urea Pump can work stably, avoiding system failure caused by urea freezing.
Working Principle: Adopt PTC heating element, which has the characteristics of constant temperature heating and automatic power adjustment; when the temperature is low, the PTC element has low resistance and high power, realizing fast heating; when the temperature reaches the set value (5℃~10℃), the resistance increases and the power decreases, maintaining constant temperature, avoiding overheating damage to the Urea Pump and energy waste. The heating power is 500W~1500W, which can be adjusted according to the vehicle model and low-temperature environment.
